The book is being so well received here in Ojai California where I am now! I'm speaking about it at places like the Ojai Retreat, selling it to shops, giving it to friends....it's wonderful to be in the place Annie Besant and Krishnamurti lived, and to have people familiar with their lives and stories. Here's a message I received yesterday:
"I finished the book tonight with much pleasure. I STRONGLY agree this must be a film—there is greatness and daring and a good story of the 19th century socio-political history of gender and imperialism in Britain---- as well as the spiritual and political evolution of a Great Lady.
Actually, I think it should be a series, like Downton Abbey!"

Talk and Discussion on "Sweet Synchronicity, Finding Annie Besant, Discovering Krishnamurti"
There will be an informal talk and discussion on the book and on the lives of Annie Besant and Krishnamurti this coming Monday evening at 7:00 pm at the Ojai Retreat, on Besant Road in Ojai, California. The retreat is a lovely place to get away to "retreat and renew" and all are welcome to come for this small gathering.

Book Review of Sweet Synchronicity; Finding Annie Besant, Discovering Krishnamurti
"As a fan of Annie Besant, astrology, and synchronicity I was very excited to read this book. I'm happy to say that I loved it. Understanding how difficult it is to condense the life of a woman as huge an historical figure as Annie B was, I must congratulate Spring on her ability to bring it to life in a way that was meaningful for her and for us as the reader. Besant's life speaks to so many of my generation (the baby boomers) as it parallels our experiences of being involved in the women's movement and other reform movements of the 60's and 70's as well as the spiritual journeys that we have all embarked on. Spring's passion for her subject is contagious and makes for a really inspiring and deeply satisfying read." Sue Williamson
